AMD2024-0001 is a proposal related to Outdoor Reception events (specifically, one event with over 500 guests or events with overnight camping) which requires a Conditional Use Permit. The proposed change is to remove the once-annual exemption from the zone-based minimum site area requirements. The application materials can be found here (URL).

- Board of County Commissioners on May 7, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
Written public comments can be submitted at anytime. However, comments submitted to me prior to March 29 will be included in both the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners Staff Reports. Verbal comments are welcome at the hearings.
