May 3, 2023 Board of County Commissioners Continue to June 6, 2023

At the May 3, 2023 BCC hearing, the requested re-zone heard a presentation from staff and the applicants, as well as public comment from interested parties. After discussion by the Commissioners, a motion was made for the project to be continued to the June 6 BCC hearing.

March 13, 2023 Planning Commission Recommends Denial

At the March 13, 2023 Planning Commission hearing, the requested re-zone was recommended for denial. The item will be heard at the May 2, 2023 by the Board of County Commissioner's who will make a final determination.
