County Fee Schedule Update

Project Summary: The Teton County Planning & Building Services Department is updating its Fee Schedule for Planning and Building Permits and Applications to reflect current administrative processes and services. As part of this update, several existing fees are being added to the fee schedule for clarity and transparency.

February 1, 2021: Updated draft of proposed amendments to the Fee Schedule.

Based on direction provided at the January 25, 2021 Board of County Commissioners Workshop on the Fee Schedule, staff has produced an updated redlined draft for consideration of approval at the February 16, 2021 Board of County Commissioners meeting. The updated fee schedule generally maintains the changes proposed in previous drafts, but modifies the calculation of the Planning Review of Building Permit Fee. December 15, 2020: The Board of County Commissioners moved to continue this item to a workshop on January 25, 2021 for additional discussion. October 20, 2020: The Teton County Board of County Commissioners authorized the beginning of the 45-day public review period of the Fee Schedule update.
